摘　　要：目的:评价^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofosmin 乳腺显像对乳腺肿块及腋窝淋巴结性质的鉴别诊断价值。方法:采用前瞻性和盲法对51例原发性乳腺癌和43例乳腺良性肿块患者术前进行^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofos-min 乳腺和腋窝淋巴结平面显像,以病理结果为"金标准",评价该方法常规读片分析对病灶性质鉴别诊断的价值。结果:^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofosmin 乳腺平面显像对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为88.2%,特异性为88.4%,准确率为88.3%。对乳腺癌淋巴结转移灶诊断分别为53.9%、94.1%和69.8%。结论:^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofosmin 乳腺显像作为一种非创性和简便的方法,对乳腺肿块及腋窝淋巴节性质的鉴别诊断有较大的价值,采用断层显像并结合其它诊断方法,能为临床提供更准确的诊断信息。Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of ^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofosmin imaging in detection of both primary breast cancer(PBC)and axillary lymph node metastasis(ALNM).Methods:51 patients with PBC and 43 with breast benign masses were examined using SPECT planar imaging before operation.Con- ventional SPECT film was interpreted by more than 2 physicians with blind method.The imaging results were analyzed according to histopathological diagnoses.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of planar imaging were 88.2%,88.4% and 88.3 % for the detection of PBC,respectively.The sensitivity was 53.9 % for detecting ALNM.Specificity and accuracy were 94.1% and 69.8 %,respectively.Concl- usion:^(99)Tc^m-Tetrofosmin imaging was useful tool in detection of both PBC and ALNM.It plays comple- mentary role in the detection of breast cancer in some patients.
