摘　　要：在“新经济”时代 ,最具生命力的企业必定是致力于创新的、柔性的、面向知识生产与管理的知识型企业。而实现企业的知识化改造 ,组织创新是其重要途径之一。In the era of knowledge economy,the vital enterprise is the one that is innovative,flexible and based on knowledge production and management.The organization innovation is one of the main paths to redesign enterprise as knowledge one.
