摘　　要：对机务段日常生产中涉及的15项运输规程和规则的全部内容,包括文字、图表以及公式等,实现了基于B/S结构的阅读浏览功能;同时能利用Web数据库技术实现技规和行规等主要规章之间的关联查询和同步维护,而且对维护过程的记录实现了“黑匣子”的功能,系统还实现了主要规章内容的在线学习考试的功能。In this paper, the browsing and implementing of a B/S-based fifteen transportation regulations of railway locomotive depot, including a number of text, graph and formula, are introduced. The principal part is implementing the query and edit between railway technology regulation and train operation regulation using Web database method. Meanwhile, the recording and tracing of edit to regulations and the examination online are implemented.
