TA1、TA2近交系小鼠SPF级标准化研究

摘　　要：目的 :人工培育无特定病原体 (SPF)TA1、TA2小鼠。方法 :在无菌条件下分别对TA1和TA2小鼠各3只进行剖腹产取出仔鼠 ,用SPF级BALB/C母鼠代乳饲养 ,对仔鼠进行标准化检测。结果 :分别剖出TA1和TA2仔鼠15只 (成活10只 )和17只 (成活15只 ) ,成活率分别为66 7 %和88 2 % ,对剖腹产小鼠进行病毒、细菌、寄生虫检测达到SPF级标准。结论 :人工培育成功SPF级TA1。Objective: To study the method of man-made to breed TA1 and TA2 mice of spcial pathogen free(SPF).Methods:Under the sterile condition,using the technique of cesarean section to obtain the newborn mice from 3 TA1 and 3 TA2.Rear the newborn mice with BALB/c mice of SPF.Results:Born 15 TA1 mice(10 survivor)and 17 TA2 mice(10 survivor),survival rate is 66.7% and 88.2%.The survival mice passed the testing of virology,bacteriology,parasitology and reach the standard of SPF.Conclusion:Man_made breed TA1 and TA2 mice of standard of SPF is succeessfu.
