摘 要:将纤维素酶和脱墨剂共同应用于混合办公废纸的脱墨中 ,研究了酶用量、时间、温度对脱墨的影响。研究表明 ,与多组分纤维素酶Novozym342相比 ,两种单一组分的内切酶Novozym61 3和Novozym476对油墨粒子的脱除更有效 ,其中含有纤维素吸附区 (cellulosebindingdomain ,CBD)的Novozym476对混合办公废纸具有最好的脱墨效果 ,经 0 1ECU/g的Novozym476和脱墨剂共同处理后的脱墨浆的尘埃度比传统的化学脱墨浆的尘埃度降低 50 % ,其物理强度相差不大。The deinking of mixed office waste (MOW) with celluloses in combination with deinking agent was studied. Factors such as enzyme dosage, time and temperature influencing the process were discussed. The results showed that the mono-component endo-gluanaseds Novozym 613 and Novozym 476 were more effective in deinking of MOW than Novozym 342. Especially Novozym 476 which contained cellulose binding domain (CBD) was the most efficient in reducing residual ink area. After treatment with Novozym 476 at a dosage of 0.1 ECU per oven-dry gram of pulp, the dirt counts of the deinked pulp was half of the deinked pulp obtained from the conventional chemical deinking, and the physical properties were similar.
