提高江苏医学院校知识创新能力的思考

摘　　要：江苏医学院校知识创新力量分散 ,经费和设备等条件不足 ,竞争力弱 ,要增强知识创新能力 ,必须确立知识创新能力的目标 ,培植新的医学教育理念 ,抓住机遇 ,注意处理好创新与跟踪、创新与失败、创新与经济社会效益等各方面的关系 ;进行创新性人才队伍的建设。As we all know that the medical education in Jiangsu province is a big in number but not strong in power. When we estimate the ability of the knowledge creation of a medical university,we think it relies on two points. One is the quantity and quality of its publication of medical scientific paper,the other is the social and economic efficiency by biological medicine study and develop. In fact Jiangsu medical universities have some disadvantages such as inadequate fund and apparatus. That is to say,we are weak in competition. So,to enhance our knowledge creation ability,it is necessary for us to set up the aim of knowledge creation,develop new medical education concept,catch chances,face up to challenges and keep alert and inspired. At the same time,it is nescessary to pay attention on dealing with the relationship between creation and track,creation and failure,creation and economic social efficiency. Finally,we should build a creative contingent on the base of cultivation by ourselves and with the help of introduce from other place that we can improve our level and starting point of medical knowledge creation and reduce the blindness and repetition during our creative activities. Only on this way,we win a position in the more and more intense competitive situation of talent and science.
