摘  要:目的观察脑血管病患者血脂和脂蛋白谱的变化及其特点。方法选择脑出血患者59例,脑梗死患者21例,健康对照组30例,测定血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)和血清脂蛋白谱(SLPG)。结果脑出血、脑梗死患者血清TC、LDLC、前β脂蛋白(preβLP1)浓度明显高于正常值,且两组患者有显著性差异。脑梗死组HDLC明显低于对照组,其余各项指标无显著性差异。判别分析优选出LDLC、AL、preβLP1为判别脑血管病(CVD)的指标,判对率为71.3 %。结论LDLC、AL、preβLP1可作为临床预测脑血管病的重要指标。Objective To observe the change and characteristic of serum lipids and serum lipoprotein electrophoretagram(SLPG)in patients with cerebrovascular diseases(CVD). Methods The serum levels of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDLC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)and serum lipoprotein elctrophoretagram were determined in 59 patients with cerebral infarction(CI), 21 patients with cerebral hemorrhage(CH) and 30 normal controls. Results The patients with CVD had higher levels of TC,LDLC and preβLP1, and the levels of the tow groups had a significant difference. The patients with cerebral infarction had lower levels of HDLC than that of normal controls.Progressive regression analysis selected LDLC, AL and preβLP1 as the best discriminators for CVD, and 71.3 % of original grouped cases correctly classified. Conclusion LDLC, AL and preβLP1 are importent clinical index of forecasting CVD.
