摘　　要：创造和发展企业的核心能力正日益成为企业领导者所关注的问题,而一种新型的组织形式———知识联盟对发展企业的核心能力是一种有效的途径,并且在企业应对国际化竞争方面正发挥着其不可忽视的力量。在借鉴美日公司发展知识联盟的基础上,分析了知识联盟管理对发展企业核心能力和对中国引进外资的作用。The leaders of enterprises now are paying more attention to the creation and development of their Core Competence.A new organization form named knowledge alliance has its own power to develop the core competence of enterprises.And it can also give its hands to enterprises to face international competition.Drawing from the American and Japanese model for knowledge alliance management,this thesis analyses the functions of knowledge alliance management for core competence development and foreign capital absorbing.
