摘  要:从理论、试验及系列化方面对MIXPC系统进行了全面的阐述。MIXPC系统能够避免扫气干扰,降低泵气损失及油耗。MIXPC系统具有尺寸小、质量轻及单涡轮入口结构简单的优点。在已建立的FVM TVD模型及程序的基础上进行了试验。试验结果表明:排气阀出口压力波的测试值同模拟值十分吻合,流量计算误差也比"有限容积法"的精度高,这说明了FVM TVD法的有效性。对16V280ZJG柴油机的MIXPC系统进行了理论计算及试验研究。其结果表明,相对于MPC系统、脉冲系统、脉冲转换器系统和定压系统,MIXPC系统的性能是令人鼓舞的。在系列化方面,MIXPC系统可用于L4~L10及V8~V20缸的柴油机。MIXPC turbocharging system is comprehensively discussed in aspects of theory,experiment and series production. In MIXPC system scavenging interference can be avoided and pumping loss in cylinder and brake specific fuel consumption can be decreased. Besides,the construction of exhaust manifold is simplified with small dimension,low weight and single turbine entry. On the basis of the FVMTVD model and code developed by the authors,experiment has been proceeded. The good coincidence between simulation and experiment of pressure wave after cylinder exhaust valve of 16V280Z diesel engine proves the effects of FVMTVD method. 16V280ZJG diesel engine with MIXPC system has been simulated by using FVMTVD method program,and corresponding experiments have been proceeded. Simulation and experimental results show that the performance of MIXPC system,compared with MPC system,pulse system,pulse converter system and constant pressure system,is quite encouraging. MIXPC system can be used in diesel engines with L4~L10 and V8~V20 cylinders,and can easily realize series production.
