摘　　要：给出了一种基于负控系统之电压质量监测通信系统的体系结构 ,针对通信系统中的两个关键技术分别提出了基于WINSOCK的解决方案和特定的面向字符的解决方案 。The architecture and main functions of the communication system of measuring voltage based on the power load control system are described. The two solutions about key techniques are given. The former is based on Winsock and the later oriented to character. A practical algorithm of CRC is also introduced.
