摘　　要：模块化设计是动态联盟实施的关键。本文首先分析了模块化设计的思想和其优势,并结合现阶段我国企业的实际情况分析了选择合作伙伴时应考虑的因素和评价指标以及选择伙伴时应注意的原则,在此基础上给出了一种模块化设计伙伴选择的方法。Modularization design is the key of implementation of dynamic alliace.This paper analyzes the ideas of modularization design and its advantages.Based upon specific conditions in China,the paper discusses the element,estimation criterion,and principle for collaborative partner selection.A method of collaborative partner selection in modularization design is presented.
