摘　　要：“入世”后,企业作为参与“规则游戏”的运动员,由于政企不分,经营机制不健全,受到的冲击最为强烈。为抓住机遇,提高竞争力,企业要尽快熟悉并学会运用世贸组织的有关规则,加快企业制度创新,健全机制,增强企业技术创新能力,切实提高企业的管理水平。After entry into the WTO,as athletes participating in the Game of Rules,enterprises will encounter the greatest blow because of integration of government and enterprises.In order to seize opportunities and enhance competitiveness,enterprises should be familiar with and learn to use relevant regulations of WTO as quick as possible;accelerate innovation of corporate system.strengthen its mechanism,and raise the technical innovation capacity of enterprises.and truly increase the management level of enterprises.
