摘　　要：本文从分析国防科研支出促进经济增长的机理入手 ,修正了新古典经济增长模型 ,通过深入分解综合要素变化率提取出国防科技对经济增长的贡献值 ,并根据国防科研投入产出的分布延迟特性建立了国防科研支出对经济增长贡献的测算模型 ,利用该模型预测出 1999年国防科研支出对 2 0 0 9年经济增长的贡献率。This dissertation analyses the mechanism of which NDSRE(national defense scientific research expenditure) accelerates the economic growth, and modifies the model of neoclassical economic growth. And it picks up the contribution ratio of economic growth from national defense science and technology, by the means of decompounding r(t) deeply. Therefore the contribution model of NDSRE to economic increase is built up according to the character of NDSRE. Such a method has been applied into the measuring and evaluating the contribution ratio of NDSRE in 1999 to economic increase in 2009.
