摘　　要：根据南方地区存在多台风、多暴风雨和多雷电,高温和高湿度,土壤沉降,水腐蚀和气腐蚀等情况,讨论在南方建油厂设计和施工中应对的一些措施。This paper is researched about some arrangement for the design and the construction of the oil factory in south China as present problems such as violent typhoon and heavy raining, thunder and lightning, hot weather, higher humility, earth subside, water corrosion and air corrosion.
