摘　　要：人类社会经历了农业经济、工业经济以及正在来临的知识经济阶段 ,与此相对应的管理哲学思想也从初始的循环增长观 ,发展到无限增长观 ,直至 2 1世纪的可持续发展观。这些观念反映了人类对客观自然环境关系认识由依附、对立 ,走向协调的变化。The human society has experienced the stages of agricultural economy, industrial economy and the now approaching knowledge economy. The corresponding managerial philosophy thoughts, too, have developed from the concept of circling growth to the infinite growth , till the 21st century's sustainable development concept. These concepts reflect the change of the human beings' cognition of the objective natural environment from being attached ,opposite to coordination.
