摘  要:目的 :研究急性低压缺氧对大鼠海马CA1区nNOS表达的影响 .方法 :用免疫组化ABC法检测在低压舱模拟升空 7 5km停留 1h和 2h后 ,大鼠海马CA1区内nNOS的表达的变化 ,并通过计算机图像分析系统进行定量分析 .结果 :缺氧 2h组的nNOS阳性反应细胞面数密度 (numericaldensityonarea,NA)和积分光密度值 (IOD)均显著低于缺氧 1h组的和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;缺氧 1h组的NA与对照组无显著差异(P >0 0 5 ) ,但其IOD值显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) .结论 :急性缺氧条件下 。AIM: To investigate the expression of nNO S in hippocampal CA1 of rats against acute hypoxia. METHODS: The rats were divided into 3 groups (1. staying at the ground level, 2. undergoing 7 500m hypoxia for 1h and 3. undergoing 7500m hypoxia for 2h). By means of ABC imm unohistochemical staining, we investigate the expression of nNOS in hippocampus( CA1).The histomorphological changes of rat brains were examined by transmission electronmicroscope. RESULTS: In the experimental groups undergo ing hypoxia for 1h and 2h, the numerical density on area(NA) and the integral value of optical density(IOD) of nNOS positive cells in hippocampal CA1 were h igher than those in the staying at ground level group. CONCLUSION: The expression of nNOS in hippocampal CA1 tends to decrease against acute hypoxia.
