摘  要:目的:探讨运动对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer'sdisease,AD)是否同样具有保护作用以及有什么样的特点。方法:采用配对的病例对照研究方法。观察组和对照组各127例。病例来源于痴呆流行病学调查中的确诊病例。结果:个人生活习惯方面,从15岁到调查时,观察组各年龄段未曾有散步、跑步和打拳习惯者,患AD的危险性增加,各年龄段的各种活动频率中每周活动1~2次或每月活动1次的患病的危险性高于每天活动者。15~24岁这个年龄段每天活动<1h的OR值>每天活动>2h者。从25~49岁表现为每天活动<0.5h者的OR值>每天活动>2h者,50岁以上则为从不活动者的OR值>每天活动>2h的人。结论:从年轻时就开始多运动,可能是预防认知功能下降的一个好办法。AIM:To research whether exercise is as a protection factor of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) or not and the characteristics of this protection function. METHODS:It was a case control study. 127 couple cases and controls were participants who were diagnosed in the investigation in Shanghai. RESULTS:In aspects of private daily life custom, those who was not used to walking, running and practicing shadowboxing had higher risk of AD than those of used to doing such exercises. Compared with the people whose exercise frequency was almost once everyday, the people whose exercise frequency was once or twice one week or once one month had higher risk factor of AD in every age group. From age 15 years old to 24 years old, the people whose duration of everyday exercise was less than one hour had higher risk than that people whose duration of everyday exercise was more than two hours. Then from age 25 years old to 49 years old, the people whose duration of daily exercise was less than half an hour had higher risk than that people whose duration of daily exercise was more than two hours. CONCLUSION:Only did exercise from youth, not only from aging, can be a good manner to prevent cognition from decreasing.
