高能聚焦超声无损伤肿瘤治疗仪用于肿瘤治疗的研究

摘　　要：针对高能聚焦超声在肿瘤治疗的应用过程中要解决的关键问题-成像、定位和聚焦及对关键问题常用的解决方法进行了简介,在进行比较的基础上选定了成像和聚焦解决方法;并在此基础上提出了一种高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗仪的实现方案,对超声肿瘤治疗仪的关键部件治疗头部和臂部的结构结合实现功能进行了分析。分析了高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗仪进行肿瘤治疗的过程:术前规划和手术模拟、术中定位和跟踪和术后治疗效果的评价。In this paper the application of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the area of tumor treatment is introduced,Focused on the key problem of the application image construction,positioning and focusing of the ultrasound, briefly introduced the major methods in possible solution ; According to the comparison of these methods ,the way to settle down the key problem is selected; Based on the selection, a realization of the HIFU device is proposed,Mechanism of the head part the arm part of the device is introduced, Incorporating with the function of the heat part and arm part. In the paper the process of the application of the HIFU device in treatment of the tumor is discussed in detail,these includes preoperative planning, Intraoperative positioning and tracking and postoperative evaluation of the treatment.
