摘　　要：针对大多数IVR流程修改难的特点,提出了利用组件技术、脚本和相应的脚本引擎的方法加以解决,利用该方法可以容易开发出可视化的图形SCE和可二次开发的IVR。最后还探讨了IVR发展的趋势。Concerning the generic difficulty to modify IVR flows, this paper proposed a solution based on component technology, scripts and respective script engines. With this solution, it's easy to develop visible graphic SCEs and IVRs capable of second exploitation. In the end, the development trend of IVR was discussed.
