摘　　要：目的 :研究骨质疏松状态对正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织超微结构的影响 .方法 :利用大鼠卵巢切除造成的骨质疏松模型 ,施加外力使大鼠上颌第一磨牙向近中移动后 ,制备标本进行透射电镜观察 .结果 :骨质疏松大鼠受正畸力作用后 ,组织的各种生理、病理反应更明显 ,压力侧破骨细胞增多 ,线粒体、溶酶体增多 ,高尔基体发达 ,成纤维细胞排列紊乱 ,变性、萎缩甚至坏死 .张力侧成骨细胞、成纤维细胞的胞质内高尔基体、内质网丰富 ,分泌功能旺盛 .结论 :性激素缺乏引起的骨质疏松对正畸引起的牙周组织改建过程有迭加作用 .AIM: To study the effects of osteoporosis statement on the ultrastructure of periodontal tissues in orthodontic tooth movement. METHODS: Ovariectomized female rats were studied as osteoporosis models by using transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: It was easier for the periodontium of osteoporosis rats to response to forces and the function of osteoclasts, osteoblasts and fibroblasts were more active. CONCLUSION: The deficiency of sex hormones may promote the remodeling of periodontal tissues, especially bone resorption .
