摘 要:早在 18世纪 ,就有肿瘤患者因发高烧而使肿瘤消退的报道 ,但由于生物学、热剂量学加热、测温和影像技术发展缓慢 ,加热治疗肿瘤长期不为人们重视。自上世纪七十年代 ,由于科学技术的突飞猛进 ,特别是计算机、测温、控温、超声学、自动控制等学科的发展 ,使超声加热治疗肿瘤得到相应的发展 ,由常规热疗 (42 .5℃~ 4 5℃ )配合放疗、化疗治疗肿瘤 ,发展到固化热疗 (6 5℃~ 10 0℃ )。固化热疗应用高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU) ,能在短时间内使癌变组织的温度升至 6 5℃以上 ,从而使病变组织凝固、坏死、脱落 ,是一种具有巨大潜力的、无损的、有效的局部治疗手段。本文将对单纯超声热疗 (U) ,单纯 X线放射组 (R) ,先放射后超声加热 (RU) ,先超声加热后放射 (UR)及对照组得出的结果和高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)固化热疗的有关聚焦换能器原理。It has been learned that tumor can be cured by heat since 18 th century certain patients with tumor cured after several dayss high fever were reported.Hwever,the method of treating tumor by heating had not been studied and used until 1970s due to te slow development of research in biological thermal effects,temperature monitoring technology and image technilogy.Since 1970s,ultrasound hyperthermia has been greatly developed.The effect of conventional hyperthermia which can elevate the temperature of the tumor area to the range of 42 5℃~45℃ as an adjuvant of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,has been widely recognized.High intensity focused ultrasound technology which can improve the temperature of target area above 65℃ in less than one second has also been widely studied and developed.In this paper,we report the effects of pure hyperthermia,pure radiotherapy and the integration of both methods.Furthermore,the theory and effect of high intensity focused ultrasound technology is also discussed.
