摘　　要：MRPⅡ被认为是ERP的核心组成部分,如何用好它是制造业推进ERP的关键。从生产管理的观点出发,明确指出在经济全球化、市场需求多样化的形势下,MRPⅡ与JIT都是企业实现准时化生产不可缺少的工具;结合神龙公司的客观条件与轿车生产特点提出了将MRPⅡ与JIT相结合运用的生产管理模式;对于实施的具体方案,进行了较为详细的讨论。Both MRPⅡ and JIT are indispensable for enterprises to realize JIT production in face of globalization of economy and diversity of market demands. A mode of production management combining MRPII and JIT is proposed according to the objective situation of DongfengCitroen Automobile Company (DCAC) and characteristics of car manufacturing. Details are given about the specific plans for implementation.
