摘　　要：本文首次对金属针布的直齿平底齿、直齿弧底齿、直齿弧背平底尖齿、负角直背平底齿、负角弧背弧底齿等基本齿形规格建立了数学模型,作了解析表达,编制了相应的计算机绘图软件。用此软件,可用计算机代替人工设计和绘制上述类型中任何一种金属针布齿形规格的几何图形。为金属针布制造厂应用计算机设计金属针布提供了可能,为金属针布的优化设计奠定了基础。This paper offers the first establishment of mathematic matrices for thebasic Mcc tooth designs such as straight teeth with flat bottom,straight teethwith curved bottom,straight teeth with curved back and flat bottom,negati-ve angled teeth with straight back and flat bottom and negative angled teethwith curved back and curved bottom etc.The analytic expressing is done tothe mathematic matrices and compiling is done to the computer gra phing so-ftware by which computers can take the place of men in designing and grap-hing any figures of above mentioned Mcc teeth,which enables the manufact-urers to computerize and optimize the Mcc tooth designing.
