摘  要:根据作者新开发研究的机械能助扩渗金属及广泛应用的离子轰击化学热处理等其它能助热扩渗技术 ,阐述了点阵缺陷扩散的扩散激活能小 ,致使新技术的扩渗温度大幅度降低 ,扩渗时间大幅度缩短 ,节能效果显著 ,并且设备投资少 ,产品质量高。在此基础上 ,提出在 2 1世纪化学热处理将是其它能 (包括机械能、离子束、电子束、激光、超声波、磁、电等 )Based on the analysis for sorts of energy aided diffusion penetration technologies,including mechanical energy aided metallizing diffusion penetration (a new technology developed by authors of this paper),ion bombard chemical heat treatment,which has been applied widely,and so on,the advantages of lower treatment temperature,shorter treatment time,and excellent effect for energy saving can be attributed to smaller diffusion activation energy of lattice defects,all these result in less investment on equipment and higher product qualities.It is put forward that in the 21 st century the traditional thermo chemical treatment that applies heat solely will be replaced gradually by other types of energy aided diffusion penetration technologies,including mechanical energy,ion beam,electron beam,laser,ultrasonic,magnetism,electicity,etc.
