摘 要:目的 :通过碱性磷酸酶与酸性磷酸酶染色的组织化学方法 ,探讨弱激光照射对正畸骨改建的影响作用。方法 :选择弱激光照射 (CO2+He-Ne)的方法 ,制作兔正畸牙齿移动的动物模型。将 42只大而白免分为未加力组 ,加力 1天、3天、5天、7天、14天、2 1天组 ,每组 6只 ,右侧作为照射侧 ,左侧作为对照侧。对兔实验性牙齿移动过程中牙周组织的变化进行了组织化学 (碱性磷酸酶与酸性磷酸酶 )染色的观察 ,并进行图象分析、统计学处理。结果 :碱性磷酸酶体积百分比的比较结果表明 ,3天、5天组照射侧碱性磷酸梅的活性变化差异显著 ,P值 <0 .0 5碱性磷酸酶酸总数目的比较结果以 3 ,5 .7天组差异显著 ,其中 3天组P值 <0 .0 1,5、7天组P值 <0 .0 5。酸性磷酸酶染色结果为照射侧 3天、7天组较对照侧有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :弱激光照射侧碱性磷酸酶与酸性磷酸酶的活性均增强 。Objective:To study the effect of low energy laser irradiation on the alveolar bone remodeling by the Alkaline phosphatase and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining during the orthodontic tooth movement in rabbits.Materials and Methods:Fourty-two rabbits were chosen and divided into unforced group and forced group of 1,3,5,7,14,21 days,with 6 rabbits in each group.The maxillary upper first molar was moved mesialy by a coil spring,with the upper incisors as anchorage.The force was 80g.The left side served as control,and the right side received irradiation of low power laser.The result from Alkaline phosphatase histochemistry staining was analyzed by the Computer image Analyzing System and treated by statistics test.The result from tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase histochemistry staining was analyzed by TRAP data and treated with statistics test.Results:The total amount of Alkaline phosphatase positive was detected and compared.The expression level of Alkaline phosphatase in experimental group was higher than that in the control group from 3 to 7 day.There was significant difference at 3 days,P<0.01.There was significant difference in the percent of area at 3 to day P<0.05.The TRAP activity in experimental group was higher than the control group of 3 day and 7 day,P<0.05.conclusions:The activity of Alkaline phosphatase and the activity of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase were enhanced by low energy laser irradiation during the orthodontic tooth movement in the periodontal tissues.The activity of osteoclasts in the irradiation group was higher than that in the control group.
