调位垫改变开口型的研究

摘　　要：目的 研究调位垫对可复性盘前移位患者开口型的影响。方法 采用三维下颌运动轨迹描记仪,记录25例可复性盘前移位患者戴用调位垫前、后开口运动中髁状突、切点的运动轨迹。结果 调位垫改善开口型;水平面髁状突开口初期矢量方向由偏向运动较慢侧变为偏向较快侧;双侧髁状突的滑动协调性得到改善。结论 调位垫通过改善关节结构受力状态而影响髁状突运动;开口型受双侧髁状突协调性和开口初期矢量方向的共同影响。Objective To study the effect of repositioning splint on the mouth opening style of reducible disc displacement. Methods The movements of condyles and incisors were recorded by a MT - 1602 scanner in opened mouth before and after placement of repositioning splints.Results The repositioning splint could improve the style of mouth opening. At the horizontal plane, the initial vectors of condyles changed from slowside to fast side. The coordination of bilateral condylar sliding movements were improved. Conclusions It is necessary to palpate the bilateral condyles when evaluating the curative effect by the style of mouth opening.The repositioning splint influences the condylar movements by improving the force on the components in the temporomandibular joints.
