摘  要:对于可能组成范围已知的分析体系,分析测定的首要步骤是确定具体试样中的实际存在组份。本文将这一问题作为一最优回归子集的确定问题处理,提出了一种较快速鉴定组成的方法。与需要一组浓度不同的混合物光谱的目标转换因子分析法不同,本法仅用一份试样即可完成定性定量分析。计算机模拟与实际体系应用结果较满意。The first step for the analysis of a sample with known scope of components is to, pick out the species really exisiting in the sample. This was treated as a problem of variable selection, and a fast algorithm for identifying the qualitative composition of the sample has been proposed. There is no need for the proposed method to acquire a set of sample mixtures with varied concentrations as for the case of target transformation factor analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis can be accompclished by using just one sample. The method has been testified by analyzing amino acid and drug mixtures using infrared and ultraviolet/visible spectrcmetry with satisfactory results.
