普瑞博思治疗便秘130例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 观察应用普瑞博思进行中西医结合治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法 130例便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例,给予普瑞博思加通便灵中西医结合治疗;对照组30例,单纯应用通便灵治疗,分别观察两组患者用药后临床症状、体征、排便间隔时间、总体疗效的变化。结果 普瑞博思加通便灵中西医结合治疗:总体疗效:治疗组显效率89.0％以上,治愈率60.0%,对照组显效率83.3％以上,治愈率36.7％,两组总体疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。临床症状和体征:治疗前后积分:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。排便间隔时间:两组用药后排便时间有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 普瑞博思加通便灵中西医结合治疗便秘疗效优于单纯应用通便灵。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Prepulsid in the integrated traditional and western medicine treatment of constipation. METHODS 130 cases of constipation patients were randomly divided in two groups, treatement group and control group. 100 cases, assigned in treatment group, were treated with Prepulsid and Tongbianling, the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Another 30 cases,assigned in control group, were treated with Tongbianling only.Clinical symptoms, signs, defecation intervals and overall curative effects were observed after the treatments. RESULTS overall curative effects: in treatment group, over or above effective rate and cure rate were 89.0% and60.0% .respectively,which were significantly higher than that (83.3% and 36.7%) in control group ( P < 0.05),Clinical symptom and signs: comparison of scores between before and after treatment was significandy better in treatment group than that in control group ( P < 0.05) The defecation intervals were also significandy better in treatment group ( P < 0.05) . CONCLUSION the curative effect of Prepulsid and Tongbianling integrated traditional and western medicine treatment was better than Tongbianling treatment only.
