中老年人上睑松垂的治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨中老年人上睑松垂的整复方法。方法:采用睑去除,眉去除及睑眉联合去除三种方法,矫正不同程度的上睑松垂,对上睑臃肿及凹陷严重病例采用选择性脂肪去除,上睑去表皮翻转填充的方法整复。结果:全部病例均I期愈合良好,形态及功能满意。结论:该方法简单,实用,对矫正中老年人上睑松垂可取得较好的临床效果。Objective: To study and discuss the methods of reparation of senile blepharoptosis. Methods: To remove the ble-pharopfosis of different degrees, using three methods of removal of eyelid, eyebrow or eyelid and eyebrow. The selected liposhaver is carried out in the cases that the fat of the upper lid is too much or that are severe depress. Then we repair it, using de - ep-ithelization of the upper lid and turn it over to fill the depression. Results: The recovery, function and outer shapes of all cases are satisfied. Conclusion: The advantages of this treatment of senile blepharoptosis are simple, available and can receive excellent clinical results. It is worth to be recommended.
