抑郁症患者血清甲状腺激素含量分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨抑郁症患者血清甲状腺激素含量与精神症状的关系。　方法 :分别测定 45例健康对照组及 42例抑郁症患者的甲状腺激素水平 ;其中 16例经吗氯贝胺治疗 6周后重复测评。　结果 :抑郁症组三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3 )、甲状腺激素 (T4 )、促甲状腺激素 (TSH)与对照组无显著差异 ;抑郁症患者的T4 和TSH与某些症状相关 ;16例患者经吗氯贝胺治疗 6周后T4 显著降低 ,TSH显著升高。　结论 :抑郁症患者T4 、TSH水平与抑郁症状相关 ,吗氯贝胺的抗抑郁作用对T4 、TSH水平有影响。Objective:To find out the relationship between serum thyroid hormones and depressive symptom. Method:Serum T 3,T 4,TSH were tested in 42 inpatients with depression and 45 normal subjects,16 patients were tested again after treatment. Results:There was no significantly different between depression and normal subjects in serum T 3,T 4 and TSH. But there were positive correlations between T 4 and TSH with some symptoms after treatment.T 4 was significant decreased whereas TSH was significant increased in 16 patients after treatment. Conclusion:There may be a relation between the serum thyroid hormones and the changes of symptoms in patients with depression.Moclobemide may influence the serum level of thyroid hormones.
