摘 要:目的 观察亚硒酸钠 (Na2 Se O3)对人红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 以健康人红细胞为实验对象 ,将实验对象分为对照组、损伤组、硒保护组等 ,观察 Na2 Se O3对氧化剂 (碘乙酸、邻苯三酚 )所致人红细胞膜的氧化损伤的保护作用。结果 硒保护组脂质过氧化物 (L PO)含量明显低于损伤组 ;硒保护组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活力、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和钠 ,钾 -三磷酸腺苷酶 (Na+ ,K+ - ATPase)的酶活力明显高于损伤组 ;硒保护组通透亚硝酸钠 (Na NO2 )的能力显著提高 ,钾离子渗漏量显著降低。结论 2 0Objective To observe the function of selenium to protect human erythrocyte membranes against oxidative damage.Methods Human erythrocyte membranes were our subjective and were divided into three groups such as control group, damage group and Se protection group. In the test, we observed the protection of selenium against oxidative damage induced by iodoacetic acid and pyrogalli acid.Results The content of LPO was lower in Se protection group than that in damage group; Enzyme activity of GSH Px, SOD and Na +,K + ATPase were also higher in Se protection group than those in damage group. In addition, Se could increase the permeability of NaNO 2 across erythrocyte membranes and decrease the amount of potassium ion across erythrocyte membranes.Conclusions Selenium could protect human erythrocyte membranes against oxidative damage.
