摘　　要：目的　为化疗呕吐的实验研究作出贡献。方法　将家鸽翼根静脉注射法改为腹腔注射法为其突出特点。结果　该方法操作简单方便 ,可多日连续注射顺铂 ,符合化疗临床特点。结论　该实验模型稳定、可靠 。AIM To contribute to the experiment study of vomiting caused by the chemical medicine. METHODS The outstanding point lies in changing the injecting method by the vein of pigeon's wing base into by pigeon's abdomen. RESULTS The method is simple and convenient, therefore a pigeon can be continuously injected Cisplatin for many days. The improving model according with the character of clinical drug appliance has not been reported up to now. CONCLUSIONS The model is deserved to generalize.
