摘　　要：针对常用磨球材质脆性大、耐磨性低、磨耗高,研制了多元低合金贝氏体铸钢磨球,其具有硬度高、硬度均匀性好和韧性高等特点,用于磨矿生产,磨耗接近高铬铸铁球,成本降低30%～40%,综合效益显著。To counter the situation that usual grinding ball has high brittleness, low wear-resistance, highwear-consume, we developed multi-element low alloy bainitic cast steel grinding ball furturing high and even hard-ness and high toughness. Being used in grinding ore production, its wear-consume is near to that of high chromiumcast iron grinding ball, the production cost is reduced by 30%～40%, and the comprehensive benefits is remark-able.
