摘　　要：可靠性和时延性能是衡量军事通信网抗毁性能的两个重要指标。在研究通信网节点间的链路的可靠性和时延性能后 ,提出综合考虑可靠性和时延性能的代价函数 。The reliability and the time delay in the links of the local communication network are two important factors, which are used to estimate the performance of anti destroying of the local communication network . The reliability and the time delay in the links of the local communication network are discussed ,then the cost function which is used to consider the reliability and the time delay comprehensively is put forward, as well as analyzed and imitated through the self organizing competition neural networks.
