摘 要:用浸渍法制备负载型La0.8Sr0.2CoO3燃烧催化剂,比较了γ-Al2O3和堇青石(Cordierite,2MgO·2Al2O3·5SiO2)载体的负载效果和这两种催化剂二甲苯完全氧化的催化活性。利用TPR和XPS等手段对两种催化剂的结构性质进行了表征。La08Sr02CoO3 is the most effective perovskite-type oxide catalysts for CO oxidation,HC complete oxidation and NOx reduction in general consideration In the present work ,combustion catalysts La08Sr02CoO3(LSC) supported on γ-Al2O3 and cordierite (2MgO·2Al2O3·5SiO2) were prepared by impregnation methodIt was observed that perovskite-type oxide exists in LSC/cordierite catalyst loaded with 20%(mass fraction) LSC (La08Sr02CoO3 or corresponding oxides) and heated at 850℃ or aboveOn the other hand, at same temperature,no perovskite-type oxide forms in LSC/γ-Al2O3 catalyst XPS results show that the binding energy of Co2p of LSC/γ-Al2O3 is higher that of Co2p of LSC/ cordierite due to the form of CoAl2O4 phase in LSC/γ-Al2O3The investigation of TPR shows that the order of reduction peak temperature (characteristic peak of perovskite-type oxides) is : neat LSC (704℃) >LSC/ cordierite (590℃) > LSC/γ-Al2O3 (554℃)It is correlated with the increasing of the effect of support sequentiallySo the catalytic activity of LSC/γ-Al2O3 for complete oxidation of xylene is lower
