摘 要:通过聚类分析,将39个美国高羊茅草坪草品种初步分成5大类。在此基础上,从中选出具有该类典型特征的品种,研究了不同温度处理下叶片的活性氧代谢与细胞膜透性的变化。结果认为:丙二醛含量的增长与细胞膜透性的变化呈极显著的正相关;在40℃高温胁迫下,过氧化物酶与超氧化物歧化酶相对活性的大小和丙二醛含量的增长率及细胞膜透性的变化均呈极显著的负相关;在0℃低温胁迫下,过氧化氢酶相对活性的大小与丙二醛含量的增长率和细胞膜透性的变化也均呈极显著的负相关。以活性氧代谢指标与细胞膜透性为评判耐性大小的依据,各类品种的耐热性大小顺序是Ⅰ类>Ⅴ类>Ⅱ类>Ⅳ类>Ⅲ类,耐寒性大小顺序是Ⅰ类>Ⅱ类>Ⅲ类>Ⅴ类>Ⅳ类。Thirtynine tall fescue varieties,introduced from America,were devided into five types with the aid of cluster analysisOne was selected as the best representive in each type, changes of active oxygen and plasma permeability in leaves of different types of tall fescue varieties exposed to different temperature were also tested The results showed that increasing rate of MDA content were positively correlated significantly with the changes of plasma permeabilityWith 40℃ heat stress,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were significantly negatively correlated with malonaldehyde(MDA) and plasma permeability(PMP) It also was true in the case of the relationship between catalase (CAT) and MDA,as well as PMP under 0℃ stress Based on the index of active oxygen and plasma permeability, the capability of heat tolerance in the five types of tall fescue was in order:typeⅠ>type Ⅴ>type Ⅱ>type Ⅳ>type Ⅲ, but it showed some different in cold tolerance as: type Ⅰ>type Ⅱ> type Ⅲ> type Ⅴ>type Ⅳ
