摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了沼液对基质培木耳菜生物学性状、产量、硝酸盐和营养品质的影响。结果表明:沼液不同处理对木耳菜株高和根重的影响不大,但对叶绿素有明显提高或降低作用。不同处理间木耳菜产量差异达显著水平,以处理3〔1/2(硝态氮+氨态氮+1/2沼液〕产量最高。施用沼液降低木耳菜硝酸盐含量5 4%~67 4%(处理3降低最大),同时也使木耳菜可溶性糖和Vc含量降低。ln pot experiment,effects of biogas slurry on nitrate and nutrient quality of malabar spinach gown in medium culture were studied.The results were as follows:Biogas slurry treatments had no remarkable effect on the height and roots weight of malabar spinach,but could obviously increase or abate the content of chlorophyll.The yields of all treatments had a significant difference,among which the yield of the third treatment〔1/2(ammonium+nitrate nitrogen)+1/2 biogas slurry〕was the highest.The nitrate content of Malabar spinach in biogas shurry treatments were markedly reduced by from 54% to 674%, and the third treatment had the most decrease(674%).The contents of soluble sugar and Vc were also abated in all treatmants.
