摘　　要：甲壳素和壳多糖可以通过化学变性和修饰制成水溶性的羧甲基壳多糖,介绍了羧甲基壳多糖用在化妆品成分中的各种性能,如它的保湿性能;pH值和热稳定性;与乙醇的复配性;与表面活性剂的配伍性;其他化妆品组分的配伍性和皮肤安全性等。由于羧甲基壳多糖来源丰富、价格便宜、保湿效果良好、性能稳定、安全无毒,因此它在化妆品领域将有着巨大的开发潜力和应用价值。Chitin and chitosan were made of water soluble carboxymethyl chitosan by chemical modification and practical technique.In this paper,we introduced various characteristics of carboxymethyl chitosan as a cosmetic ingredient,for example,retention of wet,stability,pH stability,compatibility between carboxymethyl chitosan and ethanol,compatibility of carboxymethyl chitosan with vaious surfactants,compatibility of carboxymethyl chitosan with other cosmetics,toxicity and safety of skin.Carboxymethyl chitosan will be full of enormous potential and application value,because of abundant source,lowcost,good retention characteristic,stability, safety and non toxic.
