电泳分析在辣椒杂种纯度检验中的应用

摘　　要：通过对辣椒种子贮存蛋白进行电泳分析,发现不同类型的辣椒在其种子贮存蛋白质水平上存在差异,并且这种差异在其交配种中可以表达出来。运用辣椒的这种特性可以在室内对辣椒交配种进行纯度检验,其结果与大田表现相吻合。The Storage Protein level is different among different types of pepper seeds through electrophoresis analysis and the difference can be shown in their hybrid seeds.This characteristic can be ap plied to purity testing of hybrid pepper seeds in a laboratory.Its re sults was in accordance with their purity testing in a field.
