摘　　要：网络经济时代的来临,使我国传统企业面临前所未有的挑战,但挑战与机遇并存,网络经济同时也给我国传统企业的发展注入了新的生机和活力。在新形势下,传统企业要改变经营管理观念,充分利用网络平台,把传统经营模式与先进的电子商务模式相结合,不断提高传统企业的市场竞争能力,加快建立网络信息技术创新体系,推进传统企业在网络经济下的价值增殖,充分发挥改造和升级后的传统企业在国民经济体系中应有的支撑作用。The advent of network economy makes our country′s traditional enterprises encounter bigger challenges than ever, however the challenge and the chance co-exists, and network economy empties new vitality into our country′s traditional enterprises. Under new situation, traditional enterprises should change their concept of operation and management, make full use of network platform, combine traditional operation model with advanced electronic business model, increase the market competitive power of traditional enterprises, speed up the establishment of network information technological innovation system, promote the value increase of traditional enterprises under network economy, and give full play to the supporting function of transformed and upgraded traditional enterprises in national economy system.
