灌区节水改造工程中人工预算单价问题浅析

摘　　要：介绍了山西省汾河灌区节水改造工程概况,对山西省房屋建筑工程人工预算单价标准及部颁人工预算单价最低标准进行了比较分析,指出山西省灌区节水改造工程中人工预算单价太低,必须加以调整,以利于灌区节水改造工程的顺利进行。This paper introduces the general situation of the water-economizing project of Fenhe irrigated area of Shanxi Province, makes comparative analysis on the estimated unit-price of labor cost of building construction of Shanxi Province and the lowest standard of estimated unit-price of labor cost issued by the State Capital and Construction Commission, and points out that the estimated unit-price of labor cost adopted in water-economizing project of Shanxi Province is too low and must be adjusted for the purpose of smooth practice of water-economizing project of irrigated area.
