摘  要:采用分光光度计法,测定了6个冬小麦品种在脱水或过热条件下胚根LOX活性的变化。研究发现,在脱水或过热条件下,LOX 活性均表现降低,但抗热—抗旱性强的品种LOX 活性降低的幅度较小,抗热—抗旱性弱的品种 LOX 活性降低的幅度较大。此结果表明,胚根 LOX 活性的变化与冬小麦的抗热—抗旱性有关并可用作鉴定其抗热—抗旱性的指标。LOX activity in wheat radicle of six winter wheat cultivars were studied using spec-trophotometric method,the results showed that in the case of dewater and overheat LOXactivity showed some drops and that LOX activity of winter wheat cultivars with strongdrought-heat resistance decreased by a small margin,while that of winter wheat culti-vars with weak drought-heat resistance decreased by a wide margin.This also indicatedthat variations in LOX activity of wheat radicle are closely related to the drought-heatresistance of winter wheat and could be used as an index to identify drought-heat resis-tance in winter wheat.
