摘  要:目的探讨螺旋藻(SP)干粉对电离辐射所致小鼠血像改变的影响。方法按体重将小鼠随机分为9个组,即空白对照组和4、7 Gy的单纯照射组及每一照射剂量再分别给予400、800、1200 mg/kg 3个SP剂量给药组。给药(灌胃)后第8天照射。照射前1 d、照射后4 h、照射后第7天各处死一批小鼠,进行白细胞(WBC)、血小板(Plt)计数和血红蛋白(Hb)含量测定。结果 照射后WBC、Plt呈下降趋势,给药组WBC均高于单纯照射组,Hb影响不大。结论 SP对辐射所致血像改变有保护作用。Objective To study the protection affect spirilina platensis (SP) dry powder on blood picture of rats irradiated by X-ray acutely. Methods 162 Kunming s male rats were divided into 9 groups, including negative control group, 4 Gy and 7 Gy irradiation groups. Each irradiation group included positive control and 400, 800, 1 200 mg/kg SP treatment groups respectively. On the eighth day , 4Gy and 7Gy groups were irradiated with X-ray. At the seventh day after treatment, at 4 hours and the seventh day after irradiation, 6 rats were killed at each time in each group. Meanwhile, white blood cells (WBC) and platelets (Plt) were counted, and hemoglobin(Hb) was detected before and after irradiation. Results It showed that WBC and Pit decreased along with the irradiation dosage increasing. WBC and Pit increased after one week SP treatment and the number of WBC and Pit were higher than those of control groups before and after irradiation. Hb was rather unchanged. Conclusion SP might have protective effect on irradiated blood picture.
