视康颗粒治疗视神经萎缩的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察视康颗粒治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法　 1 98例 (3 1 2只眼 )视神经萎缩患者随机分为两组 ,观察组 1 3 8例 (2 1 6只眼 )采用视康颗粒为主治疗 ,对照组 6 0例 (96只眼 )用常规方法治疗 ,两组患者均接受了视野和视觉诱发电位检查。结果　观察组总有效率86 1 1 % ,对照组 6 5 6 3 % (P <0 0 1 )。OBJECTIVE To study the traditional Chinese medicine and observe the therapeutic effect of shikang(视康) granule in treatment of optic atrophy METHODS One hundred and ninety-eight patients (312 eyes)with optic atrophy were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and thirty-eight patients (216 eyes) were treated mainly with shikang granule in the observed group, and 60 patients (96 eyes) were treated with routine therapeusis in the control group. Visual field and VEP determined in two groups. RESULTS There were effective rate of 86.11% in the observed group, and 65 63%( P <0 01) in the control group.CONCLUSION Shikang granule could be effective in treatment of optic atrophy to some extent.
