摘 要:目的 通过观察视康颗粒对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响 ,探讨其治疗视神经萎缩的作用机制。方法 将 30只小鼠随机分为 3组 ,其中 2组分别给予视康颗粒小剂量 (5g/kg)、大剂量 (10g/kg)灌胃 ,另 1组用 0 .9%氯化钠注射液灌胃进行对照。观察小鼠肠系膜毛细血管开放数、血液流态、肠系膜微循环恢复时间。结果 视康颗粒组能显著增加小鼠肠系膜毛细血管开放数 ,降低血液流态积分值 ,缩短微循环障碍的恢复时间 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objectve To observe the effect of Shikang granula on the mesenteric microcirculation in mice and to investigate the effect mechanism of the treatment for optic atrophy. Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into three groups, group 1 was given high-dose (5 g/kg) Shikang granula; group 2 was given low-dose (10 g/kg) Shikang granula; group 3 was given 0.9% NS as control group. The mesenteric capillary open number in mice, blood flow score and the recovery time of microcirculation were observed. Results As compared with control group, Shikang granula could increase significantly the mesenteric capillary open numbers, decrease the blood flow scores and shorten the recovery time of microcirculatory disturbance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shikang granula can obviously improve the mesenteric microcirculation of mice.
