摘　　要：癌基因MDM 2编码的蛋白可与抑癌蛋白p5 3结合并抑制 p5 3的功能 ,促进 p5 3的降解。MDM2的过度表达是肿瘤发生和发展的重要因素之一。本文简述了MDM 2的结构与功能 ,MDM2与p5 3相互作用的机制与模式 ,以及根据MDM2 p5The MDM2 oncoprotein is a cellar inhibitor of the p53 tumor suppressor since it can bind the transactivation domain of p53 and downregulate its ability to activate transcription, resulting in tumor development. In the article, we summarized the structure and function of MDM2, the mechanism and mode of MDM2 p53 interaction and the develepment of drug research based on the structure of MDM2 p53 complex.
