摘　　要：Xa因子是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶 ,在凝血过程中起关键作用。有关研究显示 ,Xa因子可以成为一个抗凝作用的新靶点 ,在口服抗凝血药的开发中扮演着重要角色。Factor Xa is a trypsin like serine protease and it plays a pivotal role in the blood coagulation cascade. Recent researches have indicated that Factor Xa is a very attractive target. Factor Xa and its inhibitors are of great importance to the development of orally active antithrombotic agents. This review introduced the recent achievement of Factor Xa inhibitors and established some feasible pharmacophore models.
