摘  要:为研究姬松茸粗多糖对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠微核突变的影响 ,采用 1 0 0℃热水浸提并用 95 %乙醇沉淀得到姬松茸粗多糖进行微核试验 ,结果显示与阳性对照组比较 ,高中低 3个剂量组微核形成率有显著差异(P<0 .0 0 1 ) 。To study the effects of JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide on micronucleus mutation induced by cyclophosphamide,JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide which was obtained by dipping in 100 degrees hot water and depositiing in 95% ethanol,was used to do the micronucleus experiment.The results showed that the formation rates of micronucleus among the high,middle and lower dosages groups were obviously different(P<0.001),compared with the positive control group.It indicates that JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide has the effects of anti mutation.\;
