摘  要:目的 :探讨支气管哮喘的发病机制。方法 :在小鼠 OVA支气管哮喘模型的基础上 ,分离哮喘鼠和正常鼠脾脏各种免疫细胞 ,包括单核 /巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、B细胞、CD3+ T细胞、CD4+ T细胞和 CD8+ T细胞 ,并以细胞增殖法和改良的 MTT比色法检测上述各种细胞的抗体依赖的细胞介导细胞毒效应 ( antibody dependentcell- mediated cytotoxicity,ADCC)。结果 :支气管哮喘小鼠上述各种细胞自然状态下的 ADCC作用均较健康对照组减弱 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :免疫细胞自然状态下Objective:To investigate the mechanism of bronchial asthma. Methods:An experimental asthmatic mouse model with OVA was established. Then immunocytes including monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, B cells, CD3 +T cells, CD4 +T cells and CD8 +T cells were isolated from the mice of asthma group and controlgroup, respectively. Methods: Cell proliferation and improved MTT Colorimetry were used to detect ADCC effect of all those cells. Results:The ADCC effects of those natural immunocytes were weaker in mice with asthma than health control, P <0.05. Conclusion:The abnormality of ADCC effect of immunocytes may be an important part of it′s immunological disorder and be one of the mechanisms in pathogensis of asthma.
