摘 要:目的 评价微束等离子弧熔焊钴铬合金的焊接性能。方法 采用微束等离子弧焊机熔焊钴铬合金试件 ,测试钴铬合金焊区的抗拉强度、显微硬度 ,观察其金相组织结构 ,能谱成分扫描 ,并与母材成分相比较。结果 焊接接头各项性能指标与母材一致。焊件拉伸实验时有二分之一的断裂出现在母材 ;焊缝与母材显微组织一致 ;母材与焊缝连接良好 ,未见任何缺陷 ;焊缝处的显微硬度值与母材接近 ,显微观察亦未发现明显焊接热影响区。母材与焊缝能谱分析 ,两者元素化学成分非常接近 ,其主要元素钴和铬所占的质量比 ,母材分别为 71 .1 9%、1 9.72 % ,焊缝分别为 71 .1 1 %、1 9.73 %。结论 微束等离子弧熔焊钴铬合金机械性能优良 。Objective To appraise the welding properties of micro-plasma arc welding through experiment.Methods Co-Cr alloy samples with micro-plasma arc welding were examined for the tensile strength and microhardness values in fusion zone.The framework of organization and EDAX were bserved.The results were compared with that of base metal.Results All functions index of the welded joint tested were identical with base metal.50% of the fracture was in base metal when the welded samples were tested with tensile test.The framework of welding organization was identical with base metal.Base metal was connected well with weld.No defect was found.The microhardness values of weld were similar to base metal and no obvious heat affected zone was found under metallographic microscope.The results of EDAX showed that the chemical elements of base metal and weld were similar.The weight percentage of important elements Co and Cr in base metal were 71.19% and 19.72% .The weight percentage of weld were 71.11% and 19.73% .Conclusion The micro-plasma arc welding is favourable to the welding properties of Co-Cr alloy and has good clinical prospects.
